Who we are

Deadstock Inc is a trading name of G Phillips, a sole trader in the UK. You can contact us at deadstockinc2@gmail.com, or write to 24 Spitfire Road, Newport, NP10 9NR, United Kingdom.

Your order

When you pay at checkout, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept it, which happens when we send your order for production. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because a size has sold out with our print partner, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Made to order

Each item is printed after you order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment, and small variations in print position are normal. See Shipping for delivery times.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Faulty items are replaced or refunded. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Care

To keep prints looking their best, wash inside out at 30°C, don't tumble dry, and don't iron directly on the print.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
