Deadstock Inc is a trading name of G Phillips, a sole trader in the UK. We're responsible for the personal data you give us when you shop at deadstockclothing.store. Questions about your data: deadstockinc2@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and delivery address, when you place an order.
• What you ordered and how much you paid.
• Payment details. These are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach us.

Your cart is saved only in your own browser, so it's still there when you come back. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To process your payment, make and deliver your order, send you shipping updates, and deal with returns or questions. Our legal basis is that we need this information to fulfil our contract with you. We also keep order records to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop:

• Stripe: takes payments.
• Inkthreadable (UK): prints and ships your order, so receives your name, address and email.
• Resend: sends our shipping emails.
• Vercel: hosts this website.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years, as required for UK tax purposes, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email deadstockinc2@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
