Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  1. Email deadstockinc2@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your name, order details and the items you're returning.
  2. We'll reply with the return address.
  3. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage, so we recommend a tracked service.

Items should come back unworn and unwashed. You can try them on as you would in a shop, but if they come back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

Your refund

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you showing proof you've posted them, whichever is sooner. The refund includes the standard delivery cost you paid and goes back to your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email deadstockinc2@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or give you a full refund, including postage, at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your other rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, we can't swap sizes directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
